Today (12th April 2025) we opened our green with the first wood to be bowled by our newly elected president Anne Jones.
We followed our president by holding our first silverware of the season, The June Laws Trophy. This was once again well attended with 24 club bowlers all enjoying the early April sunshine by playing 3 games of 8 ends to decide the second winner of this trophy, after Neil Amies won this last year.
Our president Anne presented this year’s winner David Moore with the trophy.
